Magomed Kurbanov has signed the fight agreement for the bout with Shane Mosley

Quite recently promising and non-defeated Russian super welterweight (up to 69,9 kg) boxer Magomed Kurbanov (10-0, 8 KO) has signed the fight agreement for the bout with legendary American boxer Shane Mosley (49-10-1, 41 KO). A 12-round bout Kurbanov vs Mosley for the vacant WBO Inter-Continental super welterweight title will take place on May,5 in Yekaterinburg and will be the main event of a big show organized by RCC Boxing Promotions (Titov Boxing Promotions) with the support of the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuivashev. Press tour through cities of Russia with the participation of both boxers will precede to the bout Magomed Kurbanov vs Shane Mosley. 
Shane Mosley is a living legend in world professional boxing. The 45-year-old resident of California appeared on the professional ring for the first time in February, 1993. In August, 1997 he won his first title – became IBF World lightweight Champion (up to 61,2 kg) having defeated by points non-defeated Philip Holiday(31-0 for the moment of the bout) from Australia. In June, 2000 Mosley defeated his famous compatriot Oscar De La Hoya and won the WBC World welterweight title (up to 66,7 kg). 
In September, 2003 Shane became the WBC and WBA Super World Super Welterweight Champion (up to 69,9 kg) for the second time having defeated by points Oscar De La Hoya. The rivals of the World Champion in three categories are impressive: besides De La Hoya during his career Shane Mosley fought with such stars as Vernon Forrest, Ronald Wright, Fernando Vargas, Miguel Cotto, Ricardo Mayorga, Antonio Margarito, Floyd Mayweather Jr and Saul Alvarez. 
The 21-year-old native of Pervomaiskii and resident of Yekaterinburg Magomed Kurbanov appeared on the professional ring for the first time in June, 2015 and in a year he won the vacant WBC Asian Boxing Council Silver Super Welterweight title. In July he defended his title successfully and in November that year he won one more title – WBC Eurasia Pacific Boxing Council title. In December, 2016 Kurbanov became the WBO World Youth Champion that allowed him to appear in WBO 15-top rating.
