Ravshanbek Umurzaqov (9-0, 7ko) and Roldan Aldea (14-7-1, 8ko) will fight for the WBA Asia title. The bout will be as a part of the Boxing Evening, which take place on September 7 at the RCC Academy of Martial Arts.
Ravshanbek Umurzaqov’s the WBA Asia lightweight champion, will defend his title again. In April 2019, he won the WBA Asia lightweight title against the Filipino Roberto Gonzalez (28-5), and in May he confirmed his championship against Anthony Moloisane (11-5-1, 7ko). It should be noted that now Umurzagov is in second place among the strongest boxers in Uzbekistan and is among the top 100 boxers in the world ranking.
For Aldea the upcoming fight will be the second under the auspices of RCC Boxing Promotions. The previous fight Roland faced against Russian boxer Mikhail Alexeev (12-1, 4ko). Aldea won a spectacular knockout victory in the final round. Today, the Filipino is in the first place among boxers of his country and is 28th place in the world ranking.
