Before he became a professional boxer, Eugeny won the title of Russian Master of sports in amateur boxing, also he was the member of CSKA and Sverdlovsk region teams.
On December 1, 2011 Eugeny Chuprakov successfully made his first appearance on a professional level in the city of Barnaul. His competitor was Ivan Varlamov. Trainer sessions with Ruslan Provodnikov and Dmitriy Mihailenko made him feel more confident. In the second round ‘Happy Gilmore’ won the fight by technical knockout.
In his 7th fight promising boxer won the title of Champion of Russia against Aleksey Shorohov by technical knockout in 10th round.
On September 26, 2015 Eugeny met with famous boxer, former IBF champion Dmitry Kirillov and confidently won the competitor in the 8th round by KO, thus winning the WBO European Champion title.
For the first time Eugeny defended his title in the fight against Ukrainian boxer Timur Akhundov. Already in the 1st round Eugeny knocked down his rival. The fight ended with the confident Eugeny’s victory on points.
On the May 6, 2016 in the city of Yekaterinburg Eugeny Chuprakov defended his title in the fight against previously undefeated rival from Germany Sebastian Tlatlik, by winning the fight by TKO in the 5th round.
On November,18 2016 Evgeny Chuprakov conducted a bout for the vacant WBO Inter-Continental title (up to 59 kg) against Jemery Nakatila (11-0, 7 KO) from Walvis Bay (Namibia). Both boxers were non-defeated before this bout. The rivals showed bright and persistent fight. It lasted all 12 rounds and the victory was given by points to Chuprakov.
