Zaur Abdullaev, a boxer of the RCC Academy of Martial Arts, shared his thoughts on how he is preparing for the upcoming fight in America:

«We are preparing at full speed, at the beginning of preparation we felt acclimatization, change of situation, but now everything is fine. Donatas’s a local fitness coach joined our team. We have already started training in sparring in order to be 100 percent ready for victory, there is only a month left before the fight. The coach and I have analyzed the opponent and train in such a way that no one has any doubts about our victory. I look forward to this fight, because this is a big event for me. The main fight in New York, at the legendary Madison Square Garden, against a local star with a record 22-0, so I'm fully focused on this fight and am going to break the opponent!»

Recall that the lightweight qualifying fight between Devin Haney and Zaur Abdullaev will be the main event of the Matchroom Boxing show, which will take place on September 13th at the  Theater in Madison Square Garden.
